So I got this story called Sophia's Lament over at Boston Literary Magazine. It's pretty good. Go read it. These characters, Sophia and Bobby, make a cameo in the novel I've been working on, but this is not from the novel like this piece here. I wrote this before they found their way into my novel, but this story takes place after the action of the novel. Does this make sense?
Hopefully, this piece won't cause my father to look at me in disgust like the last story (Dad, I kid, I kid)...
Here's some completely unrelated shit with the same title: poem by Dennis Phillips, poem by Amy T. Goodloe, a painting by Sarah Dolby, art by Sage.
Sheesh, I thought I was being original.
